Prelude registration is now open.  It is an introduction to dance for the Prelude beginning dancer ages pre-k through kindergarten (3-7) and includes exploring the basic elements of dance through creative movement. This non recital track course runs on Saturdays from 10-11, January 31-April 4, ages 3-6, Xan Barrell, instructor. Cost is $200. Our spring session of Acro is now open. Students will begin with basic stunts such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and beginner balances. More advanced students will continue to add to their repertoire with more advanced tumbling, and balances. Acro teaches flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination and adds to the dance repertoire. The Recital  Dance will be taught the last half hour of this class and is part of the curriculum. Your child can choose or decline to perform in the recital, but if they choose to perform the performance fee will be $50. Class attire: comfortable or dance clothing. Registration available through the parent portal.  If dancing recital, costume fee will also be required.
